Tottenham could already be closing in on their first signing of the summer.
That's according to Football Insider who suggest Spurs may have already agreed terms with Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser.
The Scotland international is out of contract at the end of the season and has rejected a short-term extension for the rest of the campaign.
Therefore, he won't play for Bournemouth into July and beyond.
It's claimed that Fraser doesn't want to run the risk of injuring himself and thus, ruin the chance of a big move elsewhere.
Following the news that he won't stay with the Cherries, it looks like he could be on his way to join Jose Mourinho. However, Everton also may have already agreed terms with the player if FI's information is correct.

This news appears to be rather speculative but it wouldn't come as a great surprise if the Lilywhites were already in talks with Fraser - a player who on his day can cause even the meanest of defences trouble.
That may be over a year ago but Fraser has proven he can do it in the Premier League, potentially only switching off now because his heart is set away from the Vitality Stadium.
Despite being quite light on creativity, it would be strange for Spurs to sign a winger after only landing Steven Bergwijn in January.
They are well-stocked on the flanks with Erik Lamela, Lucas Moura and Son capable of playing in those areas too.
On a free transfer, though, Daniel Levy and co couldn't go too wrong.News Now - Sport News
