The footballing action across Europe on Friday night didn't exactly live up to its billing.Manchester United rescued a 1-1 draw away at Tottenham in a game dominated by Jose Mourinho's side sitting behind the ball and inviting pressure from the Red Devils.Over in Spain, Sevilla and Barcelona played out an uninspiring 0-0 draw at the Ramon Sanchez Pijuan. However, despite the lack of goals, there were a few beautiful passes played in each of those games. We're going to compare the two best, one from United's Paul Pogba and the other from Sevilla's fiery Argentine midfielder, Ever Banega.Let's start with Pogba. The Frenchman's cameo from the bench galvanised United in north London and his pass on the half volley to Marcus Rashford was an absolute beauty.

Pogba's pass

Unreal, right? Had Rashford found the back of the net, Pogba would have produced one of the assists of the 2019/20 season.

Now let's have a gander at Banega's moment of magic. Like Pogba, the Argentine was called upon from the bench and changed the dynamic of the game in Sevilla's favour against Barcelona.

His cross-field ball with his supposedly weaker foot somehow slipped under the radar at the time, but it's now starting to attract deserved attention across social media.

Banega's pass

How does it make it look so easy?

Picking a superior pass out of the pair is mighty tough. Given Pogba's profile, many will naturally side with the Frenchman.

However, emphasis needs to be put on the fact that Banega's ball was delivered with his WEAK FOOT.

For that reason, we're siding with the Argentine on this one.

Banega in action vs Barca

Just imagine the scenes on social media had Lionel Messi, Kevin De Bruyne or Pogba himself had pulled that off?!

There'd be Ballon d'Or shouts and endless replays!
