Bernd Leno suffered what appeared to be an awful-looking knee injury during Arsenal’s Premier League clash against Brighton on Saturday afternoon.The 28-year-old, who has been one of the Gunners’ standout performers this season, was stretchered off the pitch shortly before half-time after landing badly.Leno sustained the injury following a challenge from Neal Maupay - and the German goalkeeper was furious with the Brighton forward.As he was being stretchered off the pitch at the AMEX Stadium, Leno was seen pointing a finger at Maupay.Leno was clearly letting the Frenchman know that he was responsible for the injury.Watch the clip of Leno’s injury here…
