A video showing the unreal transformation of the 2017 World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall has gone viral on YouTube which highlights his growth throughout life from age one to 30.

During his childhood, Hall was a successful swimmer before gaining some extra muscle which then led him to start playing rugby.

When he hit 20, his bodybuilding training became more intense, which is when the crazy transformation begins to truly show.

He was crowned the UK’s Strongest Man when he was 23, and the following year in 2012, he would enter into the ‘World’s Strongest Man’ competition for the very first time.

He would go on to compete in the World’s Strongest Man competition six years running, where he would eventually go on to win it in his final year in 2017.

He also held the world record for the heaviest deadlift for four years, lifting 500KG until it was broken in 2020 by his long-term rival Hafthor Bjornsson, aka The Mountain from Game of Thrones.

The two are now scheduled to fight in a boxing match at the back end of 2021 to put an end to their hostile feud.

The craziest part of this video is just showing how he was physically built for two sports that could not be any more different than each other in swimming and strength athletics.

The difference in his body at the height of his swimming and now are incomparable. Also, the quick turnaround when he stopped swimming and focused on bodybuilding is insane.

Between the ages of 16 and 17, you really start to see the transformation really take off.

If there is one thing that can be taken away from this video, is that it is never too late to start something new and eventually be able to master it.
