Liverpool are the 2019/20 Premier League champions and it's broken the internet.Chelsea secured a 2-1 win over Manchester City on Thursday night to confirm what football fans had known for a long time, but seeing it confirmed has made for an emotional experience. And nobody deserves to enjoy the moment more than Jurgen Klopp, who has led this football club from a team struggling to make the top four to legendary champions in just five years. So, it's no surprise that Liverpool fans were on tenterhooks to see his reaction to the joyous news and he appeared on Sky Sports to give his thought on the historic moment."I have no words, it's unbelievable," the Liverpool boss said through the emotions.

Klopp speaks from the heart

"It's much more than I ever thought could be possible. Becoming champion with this club is absolutely incredible. Knowing how much Kenny supported us, this is for you too, Kenny.

"We had to wait another 30 years before your club could win. It's for Stevie, who had to wait a long time and now it's for all. You Kenny and the likes of Stevie, the boys admire you.

"It's easy for me to motivate the team because of our great history, so it's just unbelievable. It was really tense the 95 or 100 minutes of the City game. As you can imagine, I didn't want to be involved really."

You've got to love, Jurgen.

From the first moment that Klopp stepped into the job on Merseyside, he made it crystal clear that he was implementing a long-term project and that success wouldn't be instant.

It's something many managers who have gone on to fail have casually said in press conferences, but the degree to which Klopp has stuck to his word is simply incredible.

To think that he's turned Liverpool into Premier League, European and world champions in the space of five years is something to be treasured and indeed, worth of both Gerrard and Dalglish.
