How do you celebrate your first title in 30 years - and your first Premier League title?

The perfect scenario would be to celebrate with your fans.

Of course, that’s not possible right now.

Therefore, the club’s social media channels were busy trying to bring the celebrations to the fans who were sitting at home.

At the final whistle of Chelsea’s 2-1 victory over Manchester City - a result which confirmed Liverpool as champions - the club posted out a rather brilliant video which they had prepared for this very moment.

It involved manager Jurgen Klopp narrating over images of Liverpool before their famous anthem, ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone,’ kicks in.

In the emotional video, Klopp says: “This club means everything to the people. So it’s our job to show that it means absolutely everything for us as well. It’s a lot about emotion, the intensity, how the supporters live.

“Where did you ever hear a better message than You’ll Never Walk Alone? It’s the most beautiful song in the world. Everybody feels it, everybody loves it. Everybody gets the message. In your darkest moments, you are not alone. I love that.

“We are Liverpool, and that means we have to entertain the people. We have to show all the desire, all the love for the game.

“We will all be together soon. There will be a moment for us. For now, tell the world.

“We are Liverpool…champions of England.”

Beautiful.

Take a look at the video:

After being confirmed champions, Klopp described the feeling as “more than I ever thought possible.”

"I have no words," Klopp told Sky Sports.

"It's the best thing I can imagine and more than I could have ever dreamed of. It's unbelievable. Much more than I ever thought would be possible."
