Liverpool may have clinched the Premier League title but Jurgen Klopp doesn’t want them to stop now.

The Reds have established a 23 point lead at the top of the table and, despite it being June, have set the record of the earliest a side has ever won the title in terms of matches remaining.

But in a record-breaking season, Liverpool will have their sights set on a few more records between now and the end of the season.

In fact, Jurgen Klopp’s side have the chance to break FIVE more Premier League records.

Let’s take a look at them:

Most points in a season

Klopp will no doubt be urging his players to smash Manchester City’s 100 point haul from the 2017/18 season. As things stand, Liverpool could reach 107 points from their seven remaining matches. Therefore, they can afford to lose two matches and win the other five to break the Premier League point record.

Biggest winning margin

It’s very likely that Liverpool will win the Premier League by the biggest margin ever. As we’ve mentioned, they’re currently 23 points clear. The biggest winning margin came during that City 2017/18 campaign where they won the title by 19 points.

Most wins in a season

Yep, City set this record too with 32. Liverpool currently have 28 wins to their name with seven matches remaining. You do the maths.

Most home wins in a season

No side has ever won all 19 home games in a Premier League season. If the Reds beat Aston Villa, Burnley and Chelsea at home, they will achieve that.

Three clubs in Premier League history have won 18 at home.

Most away wins in a season

The most away wins in a single season is 16. Liverpool have won 12 of their 15 away matches this campaign. Beat Manchester City, Newcastle, Brighton, and Arsenal and they will match the record.
