Alex Revell has been ruled out of Leyton Orient's clash with Southampton.
The 14-goal striker left the field on a stretcher after falling awkwardly during the first half of Tuesday's win over Plymouth and is facing a spell on the sidelines.
Jonathan Tehoue came on for Revell and could be in line for a start alongside veteran Scott McGleish, who scored his 201st career goal against Argyle.
Centre-half Ben Chorley remains a doubt having missed the last two matches with a thigh problem and midfielder Matthew Spring serves the final game of a three-match ban for his red card against Yeovil.
The Os are three points off the play-offs and have a game in hand on sixth-placed Bournemouth.
Adam Lallana, Dale Stephens and Dan Harding will be checked over for the Saints.
Lallana was taken off as a precaution with a tight groin at Charlton on Tuesday night and should be fit.
But fellow midfielder Stephens is a major doubt after taking a nasty knock to his Achilles on his full debut.
Harding missed the win at The Valley with a groin strain and Ryan Dickson will continue at left-back if he is ruled out again.
Midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin (knee) and wingers Alex Chamberlain and Lee Holmes (both ankle) remain on the sidelines.
Veteran striker David Connolly made his first appearance in four months as a substitute in midweek following groin trouble and should be on the bench again.
