Leeds United 3-0 Fulham: Cardboard cutout of Tiger King’s Joe Exotic spotted in crowd

Tiger King is one of the most popular Netflix series of 2020 - and it turns out the show’s star, Joe Exotic, is a secret Leeds United fan.

Joe - whose real name is Joseph Allen Schreibvogel - was spotted in the stands at Elland Road for the Championship clash between Leeds and Fulham.

Okay, *he* wasn’t spotted - the bloke’s currently in jail, after all - but his cardboard cutout was.

Leeds fans currently have the chance to have themselves as a cardboard cutout in the stands for a fee of £25.

But some fans have used this opportunity to be a little bit naughty.

Earlier this week Leeds were forced to remove a cardboard cutout of Osama Bin Laden after it was spotted in the seats at Elland Road.

And on Saturday, Joe Exotic was seen amid the sea of cardboard cutouts.

Let’s check out some of the reaction on Twitter…

Joe Exotic’s presence helped inspire Leeds to a comfortable 3-0 victory.

Goals from Patrick Bamford, Ezgjan Alioski and Jack Harrison sealed all three points for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, who remain on course to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League.

At this stage it’s unclear whether or not Carole Baskin, Joe Exotic’s nemesis, was also present in the stands at Elland Road.
