Defensively, there is plenty of room for the Londoners to improve but attacking wise, they look like they're ready to break the bank this summer.
Alexis Sanchez has already been linked with a switch to north London but a further winger is now in their sights.
That happens to be Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha, a man who has been touted at £80m in previous months.
Arsenal were firmly in the race for the player and nearly signed him last summer, but they have now reportedly reignited their interest.
Though, according to one journalist on Twitter, Spurs want to sign him.
Taking to Twitter, a freelance reporter by the name of Mr Russo revealed the information, suggesting that Zaha has made it clear he wants to depart Palace.
Russo also suggested not to discount Newcastle in the chase to sign the 27-year-old.
This news hardly comes as a surprise given the player seemed keen on leaving Selhurst Park 12 months ago. Though, whether he actually departs this time around remains to be seen.

Given Spurs have Heung-min Son and Steven Bergwijn on the wings at the moment, their interest in so many wingers is extremely questionable.
However, if they were going to pursue one in the Premier League, it would have to be a player of Zaha's quality.
The Ivorian only has six goal contributions this term but last season he was in sublime form, netting ten times and producing five assists.
It's that kind of extra pizazz Tottenham could do going forward, especially when you consider his immense dribbling ability.
Spurs have been interested in the player in the past, submitting a £12m bid all the way back in 2016. At the time, Palace boss Steve Parish declared that Mauricio Pochettino thought he was the "next Ronaldo".
Clearly, Zaha has struggled to live up to that tag but there are clearly similarities in terms of their trickery on the ball. He has amassed 4.5 successful dribbles per match in 2019/20, a truly remarkable record.
Mourinho would be lucky to have a player like him in the Spurs squad.
