All the talk in the last two seasons has been about Liverpool and Manchester City.

The title race in the 2018/2019 campaign was simply electrifying with even the smallest of setbacks being punished by two giants in the English game.

As we all know, it was City who eventually claimed the title, thrashing Brighton & Hove Albion on the final day of the season to just stop Liverpool from winning their first ever Premier League title.

However, fast forward 12 months and there's no question about it now.

Jurgen Klopp's side stormed to their first ever Premier League title this season, clinching it last Thursday due to Chelsea defeating Manchester City 2-1 at Stamford Bridge thanks to a Willian penalty late in the second half.

Klopp's team have been phenomenal, and in truth, they have been for over three seasons now.

A couple of years back they made the Champions League final, only to lose 3-1 to Real Madrid thanks to a Loris Karius disasterclass, but they made up for that just one year later, beating Tottenham 2-0 in the 2018/2019 final.

How do you follow up winning the Champions League? Win the Premier League... and win it with great ease, and that's what they've just done.

So that raises the question... who is the better manager out of Klopp and Pep Guardiola?

Well, we ran a poll on our official Facebook page, and after over 171,000 votes, it's clear that football fans are wanting the German in their dugout.

Raking over 69% of the votes, most fans believe the Liverpool boss is the better manager out of the two, which is really interesting and maybe slightly biased in the fact that the Reds are currently performing better than City.

Let's be honest here, both managers are absolutely elite and world class and will go down as two of the greatest of all time once they call time on their careers, BUT, there had to be a winner.

Two Bundesliga titles with Borussia Dortmund, two cups during his time in Germany as well, and then of course the Premier League and Champions League with Liverpool, along with the Club World Cup and the Super Cup.

Of course, this record doesn't compare to Guardiola, who is simply a magnet to trophies, winning 28 in total during his times with Barcelona, Bayern Munich and City.

However, the fans have spoken, and they've backed Klopp over Guardiola... very interesting.
