Cedric Soares scored on his debut to help Arsenal beat Norwich 4-0 at Emirates Stadium.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened the scoring after 33 minutes before Granit Xhaka added a second just four minutes later.

The Gunners started the second half strong too, with Aubameyang netting again shortly after the hour mark.

A perfect evening was complete when Soares, who started on the bench, came on to net the fourth within four minutes of stepping on the pitch.

The Portugal international scored the pick of the bunch too.

He picked up the ball on the edge of the box, took one touch and fired into the bottom corner to beat Tim Krul.

What a way to announce yourself. Cedric initially joined Arsenal on loan in January but hasn't featured due to leg and facial injuries.

He's now finally back to full fitness and after the Gunners announced his permanent signing in June, he's ready to prove himself to the fans.

Scoring a screamer on his debut will certainly help that!

It was also a memorable night for Aubameyang, who scored his 50th and 51st Premier League goals for the Gunners.

He reached a half-century in just 74 games, becoming Arsenal's quickest ever player to do so.

The Gabon striker reached 50 faster than both Ian Wright and Thierry Henry - not bad going!

With their convincing win against Norwich, the Gunners are now up to seventh in the table and right back in the race for Europe.
