Takefusa Kubo is one of the most exciting teenagers in world football.
He's spent the 2019/20 season playing for Mallorca, on-loan from Real Madrid.
Los Blancos secured his signature last summer, signing the Japanese winger to a five-year deal.
It's expected that Kubo will be a regular feature at the Bernabeu for many years, as soon as he's ready.
With the likes of Eden Hazard, Gareth Bale, Vinicius Junior and Marco Asensio for competition, it's unlikely that the 19-year-old would have broken through this season, despite his clear talent.
Instead, Kubo is plying his trade elsewhere in La Liga but has already seriously impressed for Mallorca this season.
He's a guaranteed starter for the club and has missed just four of their 34 league fixtures.
On Friday night, Los Bermellones visited Atletico Madrid and their young star was at it again.
Despite suffering a 3-0 defeat, Kubo proved to be a real bright spark for Mallorca, with much of their attacking play coming through him.
The Japanese forward showed he wasn't afraid to take on a man and beat him, provided some impressive passes for teammates and came close to scoring with a couple of shots.
Check out his impressive highlights - which last over five minutes - below:
Not bad at all. You can see why Real Madrid were so desperate to secure his signature.
Against Atletico, Kubo had the most attempted take-ons (8), the most successful take-ons (6) created the most chances created (5) and won the most fouls (3).
While he will surely pull on the famous white shirt of Real in future, reports suggest he will have to wait at least another year to break into the first team.
Madrid are expected to send him on-loan again next season, with Real Sociedad the most likely destination.
GIVEMESPORT's Ollie Browning says:
This guy is the real deal. At just 19, he's already making life difficult for La Liga defenders.
Kubo was skinning Atletico defenders left, right and centre on Friday night and once he adds a final product to his game, he'll be close to unstoppable.
I'd really like to see what the Japanese teenager is capable of producing in a top, top team, with top, top teammates.
Hopefully, we don't have to wait too long to see him in a Real Madrid shirt.
