During lockdown, we were treated to possibly the greatest sports documentary ever - The Last Dance. The series told the story of Michael Jordan’s career with a focus on his final season with the Chicago Bulls. But this summer, that incredible documentary will be eclipsed. That’s because Amazon have been following Tottenham’s season and are producing an ‘All or Nothing’ series. And Amazon couldn’t have asked for better campaign to do so.Here are just SOME of the things that could feature:

  • Exiting the League Cup on penalties against League Two Colchester United
  • Losing 7-2 at home to Bayern Munich in the Champions League
  • Mauricio Pochettino's sacking caught on camera
  • Jose Mourinho dramatically being appointed
  • Losing on penalties against bottom-of-the-table Norwich City in the FA Cup
  • Mourinho's alleged beef with Tanguy Ndombele
  • Eric Dier literally running into the stands to confront Tottenham fan
  • Son and Lloris having an on-pitch argument during Everton win

Could we ask for more?

And now, the first trailer has dropped.

The 41-second teaser shows the dramatic moment Mourinho walked into Spurs’ training ground to replace Pochettino.

“We have to do what we feel is right for the club,” club chairman Daniel Levy. “And only time will tell if it is the right decision.”

The likes of Eric Died and Harry Winks look shocked in the canteen in apparent response to Mourinho’s presence.

While the clip also appears to show the moment Mourinho meets his new players as they congregate in the corridor before training.

Since taking over, Mourinho has failed to improve Tottenham's campaign as they find themselves ninth following their goalless draw against relegation-threatened Bournemouth on Thursday.

During that game, Spurs failed to register a single shot on target.

A loss against Arsenal in the north London derby on Sunday and Amazon will be licking their lips once again.

What an incredible documentary this is going to be.

Oh, and as for the 'All or Nothing' brand, we can assure you that it's going to be 'Nothing.'
