The Ligue 1 season was abandoned back in April due to the coronavirus pandemic. While many other sporting events across France have been postponed, all other major European football leagues have since returned. The Champions League and Europa League are also scheduled to go ahead in August - and French teams will be participating. So, to ensure players stay sharp without any domestic action, a number of clubs have been playing friendly matches. Paris Saint-Germain have featured twice in the last week and it seems they're as dangerous as ever. The Ligue 1 titleholders beat Le Havre 9-0 on Sunday and on Friday night, returned to the Parc des Princes to put seven past Belgian side Waasland-Beveren. Neither game was exactly competitive, but the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Mauro Icardi and Neymar were all on show. Neymar, Mbappe and Icadi were in action on FridayIn fact, against Waasland-Beveren on Friday, Neymar really put on a show. He managed to both score and assist from the penalty spot. Yes, you read that right. He assisted from a spot-kick, by effortlessly rolling the ball to teammate Icardi for a 'pass-penalty'. As if that wasn't impressive enough, a clip of Neymar teasing the goalkeeper before passing has gone viral. The Brazilian appeared to make a gesture to Lucas Pirard asking which corner he should put his penalty in before the pair laughed it off. But the joke was on the goalkeeper, of course, because Neymar didn't shoot at all. Check out the incident below:

You could call Neymar cheeky. You could even call him cocky. But what's clear is that the PSG star oozes confidence and he's got the skill to back it up.

It's a shame the Ligue 1 season was cancelled early and we don't get to see him in action every week.

But when the Champions League returns, expect to see Neymar up to his old tricks on the biggest stage.
