Eddie Hall has given fans an update on his latest condition as he prepares to step into the boxing ring for the first time.

In a recent video posted on his YouTube channel, the 32-year-old showed off his ripped physique following another gruelling workout.

Hall was put through his paces, going through his full repertoire of dead lifts, pull ups and bicep curls in an attempt to get into fighting shape.

Nicknamed 'The Beast', Hall has had a decorated Strongman career, winning World's Strongest Man in 2017, along with five consecutive Britain's Strongest Man titles between 2014 and 2018.

However, he took the unusual step of switching sports earlier this year by agreeing to face long-term rival Hafpor Julius Bjornsson in a boxing match.

The pair have battled in Strongman competitions for a number of years, with Bjornsson finishing as runner-up on the world stage on three occasions before eventually claiming victory in 2018.

The Icelander increased his popularity further when he played 'The Mountain' in the award-winning television series Game of Thrones.

Now, Hall and Bjornsson are ready to settle their differences inside the squared circle, with the bout expected to take place in September 2021 on pay-per-view in Las Vegas, giving both men time to slim down and improve their stamina ahead of the much-anticipated contest.

It appears that Hall is certainly taking the fight seriously. Having weighed 186kg during his Strongman days, he is now claiming to be down at 164kg, and seems in confident mood.

Hall's latest training footage will surely please those who have backed him to come out on top in the intriguing match-up next year.

What do you make of Hall's condition with over a year until he steps into the boxing ring? Can 'The Beast' repeat his feat of three years ago and defeat 'The Mountain' once again?
