Antoine Griezmann's first season at Barcelona has certainly not been the best.

Signed for around £108m last summer, the former Atletico Madrid forward has struggled to gel with his new teammates in 2019/20.

Throughout the season, there have been suggestions that Griezmann and Lionel Messi simply cannot operate in the same team together.

However, the Frenchman still enjoyed a decent season in front of goal, scoring nine times and assisting another four in 35 La Liga appearances.

They're not statistics befitting of a forward worth over £100m, but they're also far from disastrous numbers considering it was Griezmann's debut season with the Blaugrana.

Sadly, Spanish publication Marca don't see it that way and have included the World Cup winner in their 'worst signing XI'.

Griezmann isn't the only Barcelona player to make the cut, with left-back Junior Firpo also named in the unfortunate XI.

But amazingly, Real Madrid's Eden Hazard is omitted from the team despite scoring just one goal in 16 La Liga appearances.

You can view Marca's full XI below.

Jovic with Real Madrid

Felix over Hazard?! The Portuguese hasn't quite lived up to his enormous price tag in the Spanish capital yet, but he did still score six goals in 27 La Liga games.

The rest of the XI looks pretty spot on, as Jovic is without doubt one of the worst signings in Real Madrid's history.

Hazard's struggled at Los Blancos, but the €65m Serbian striker has looked like a fish out of water and it's more than likely the former Eintracht Frankfurt man will be offloaded this summer.
