Kepa Arrizabalaga has come under a lot of criticism this season. The £71m goalkeeper - who arrived at Chelsea ahead of the 2018/19 season - has struggled once again. He's been at fault for a number of goals and even lost his place to backup Willy Caballero for five games earlier this year. Kepa has returned post-lockdown but looks just as shaky as ever.He doesn't exactly inspire confidence in his teammates and has conceded 13 goals in eight games. Chelsea shipped five goals against Liverpool on Wednesday night in a fixture they lost 5-3. While Kepa was not solely to blame for all five of them, it seems even his teammates, along with fans, are getting sick of his indecisiveness. Chelsea players are getting annoyed at KepaLate on in the match, he failed to deal with a freekick, leaving Virgil van Dijk with a tap in at the back post. Thankfully for Kepa, Van Dijk put his shot over the bar - but he really should have scored. Chelsea's defenders could be heard screaming at their goalkeeper after his lack of movement - and it sounds like they were absolutely furious with him. Check out the clip below:

One of the players can be heard shouting: 'Kepa, come on man!' while others were equally as annoyed he didn't come to collect the cross.

But can you blame them for being upset?

Chelsea could easily have qualified for the Champions League already, but mistakes throughout the season have cost them important points.

Defensive mistakes have cost Chelsea points this season

Of course, it's not all Kepa's fault. But a confident goalkeeper inspires a confident defence and right now, Frank Lampard doesn't have that.

Going forward, the Blues are great. But if they don't sort out their backline and goalkeeper, then they will struggle to challenge for the top prizes next season.

Whether that means Kepa needs to go - or simply needs time to improve - remains to be seen.
