FIFA fans are understandably chomping at the bit for the release of FIFA 21.Yesterday, EA Sports added to the excitement surrounding the game by confirming that Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe will be the new cover star for the franchise.The World Cup winner responded to the prestigious honour by saying: "Being on the cover of FIFA is a dream come true. From my time at Bondy to Clairefontaine to the World Cup, this marks another big milestone."I've been playing this game since I was a kid and I am honoured to represent a whole new generation of footballers and be in the same group as many other amazing footballers who I now share this honour with."Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joao Felix and Erling Haaland will feature in the in-game menus and across other graphics on FIFA 21.FIFA 21 coverSo with the cover star and other aspects of the game confirmed, EA Sports have now whetted the appetite of supporters even more by dropping the game's official 'reveal trailer', which you can watch in full below.

Not bad, eh? Manchester United legend Eric Cantona has now been announced as a new ICON for the upcoming game.

FIFA players will also be able to set up an Ultimate Team club with a friend in the new 'FUT Co-Op' mode.

FIFA 21 will be officially released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 9th. Fans will be able to play from October 6th if they pre-order the Ultimate or Champions editions of the game.
