You've probably never heard of Marbella FC.Sure, you've heard of Marbella, as the Spanish city is an incredibly popular holiday destination for tourists from all over the world. But most are probably not aware that the city does possess a football team, but they're currently languishing in the third-tier of Spanish football. However, Marbella FC have big plans to put the club on the map and it all starts with the creation of a new 18,000-seater stadium. On Friday, the club's official Twitter account posted a video showcasing their plans for what would be one of the most insane football stadiums in the world.Marbella FCSwimming pools, a shopping centre, a hotel and more feature in the announcement video, which you can view below.

It looks absolutely stunning.

The aim is to build the stadium on the same land occupied by the club's current ground, the Estadio Municipal de Marbella.

If the plans come to fruition and the eye-catching stadium/resort is built, we reckon fans all over the world will suddenly adopt Marbella FC as their 'second team'.

But Marbella will want more than just groups of tourist fans frolicking in their swimming pools, they will want the stadium hosting La Liga games in the future.

The team are currently in Segunda Division B Group 4, where they sit in second place after 28 rounds of fixtures having lost just once all season.

Promotion to the Segunda Division - Spain's second-tier - is certainly a possibility and the same can also be said for a football club from another hugely popular holiday destination, UD Ibiza.

A swimming pool in a stadium?!

The team from the Balearic Islands are currently second in Segunda Division B Group 1 and who knows, five years from now UD Ibiza and Marbella FC may be taking Spanish football by storm.

Stranger things have happened...
