WWE announced earlier this month that August's SummerSlam PPV won't be run from the TD Garden in Boston.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, government guidelines are not allowing events with large crowds to take place in the state.
Instead, Vince McMahon will have to call another audible. Since WrestleMania back in April, none of WWE's PPV events have taken place in front of a live audience.
In fact, most have aired from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
But it seems SummerSlam could be very, very different.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, per SEscoops, WWE are considering outdoor options for some - or perhaps all - of the matches.
The report suggests there have been talks about moving SummerSlam to a beach, or even onto a boat.

Bryan Alvarez also noted on Wrestling Observer Live that Vince wants to do something 'wacky' for the summer PPV.
Putting it on a boat, or having matches take place on the beach would certainly tick that box...
We'll have to wait and see if anything comes of these talks, but seeing SummerSlam air live from the sea would certainly be a cool prospect.

McMahon is said to be exploring ways to improve WWE's sliding ratings and a novel PPV event would do that.
But aside from hosting a PPV on the beach or on a boat, the boss is thinking of making slightly more realistic changes too.
"We have a thirty-plus year track record of creating compelling characters and engaging a variety of audiences," McMahon said during a shareholders meeting earlier this month, per WrestlingInc.

"We obviously remain confident we can continue that with our collective ability. Even in the most challenging environments with no live audience.
"The media ecosystem obviously has changed, and we change with it.
"We consistently have seen year-over-year increases in a variety of digital metrics and engagement, and positive trends have continued, even during COVID."

Only time will tell if WWE decide to move SummerSlam away from the Performance Center. But this is Vince McMahon we're talking about... so there's a good chance he will.
