It’s not hard to identify the best players during 2019/20 Premier League season.
Every player from Liverpool’s starting XI impressed immensely, with captain Jordan Henderson picking up the Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year award for his performances.
Henderson will also go up against Kevin de Bruyne for the PFA Player of the Year, while the likes of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk enjoyed brilliant seasons once again.
Then you’ve got the likes of Jamie Vardy, Danny Ings and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who were the top three in the Golden Boot standings come the end of the season.
But there were plenty of emerging stars during the campaign and their performances saw their stock rise.
Therefore, we’ve decided to look at the 25 players whose transfer value increased the most throughout the season.

So, Mason Greenwood saw his transfer value go from, well, nothing to €29 million. The 19-year-old finished the season with 17 goals in all competitions and is now regarded as one of the hottest prospects in European football. There’s no way United would accept bids of €29 million, though!
Mason Mount’s transfer value rose by €0.5m less than Greenwood following his breakthrough campaign at Chelsea. He’s valued far higher than the Man Utd striker purely because he’s two years his senior.
Then comes another talented 19-year-old striker in Arsenal’s Gabriel Martinelli, who is valued at €25 million after his 10 goals in 26 appearances this season.
Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham is in at No.4 with the 22-year-old making a name for himself at Stamford Bridge with 15 Premier League goals seeing him double his transfer value to €40m.
Bakayo Saka makes up the top five with the Arsenal winger now being valued at €20 million.
Elsewhere, Alexander-Arnold is now worth a crazy €99 million thanks to his performances this season while the impressive Adama Traore is valued at just €25.5m.
