The future of the Premier League is certainly bright.
It seems that this was a breakthrough season in England's top flight, with so many homegrown players featuring for so many top clubs.
The likes of Chelsea and Manchester United are leading the way, but even Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool have raw talent ready to rip up the league.
But who were the best young players - specifically U21 - to feature in the Premier League last season?
Well, WhoScored have created an XI just for that - and it's absolutely frightening. To note, all the players in this 11 were 21 or under at the start of the 2019/20 season. Check it out:
GK: Aaron Ramsdale | Bournemouth | 22
Ramsdale broke through at Bournemouth this season. He featured 36 times in the league, keeping five clean sheets.
His 129 saves weren't enough to keep the Cherries in the top-flight, but Ramsdale has been tipped to return to the Premier League - with Tottenham and Sheffield United eyeing him up.
RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold | Liverpool | 21
It's incredible that at the age of 21, Alexander-Arnold is already being talked about as one of the best full-backs in the world.
He played all of Liverpool's games last season, scoring four goals, providing 13 assists and keeping 12 clean sheets.
Unreal.
CB: Fikayo Tomori | Chelsea | 22
A product of Chelsea's academy, Tomori has broken into a Blues team coached by Frank Lampard.
He featured in 15 games during the campaign, helping keep four clean sheets in nine wins. He also scored a screamer against Wolves early on.
Right now, Lampard doesn't seem sold on his ideal backline, often swapping his centre-backs around. But you can bet Tomori will be in his plans for years to come.
CB: Ezri Konsa | Aston Villa | 22
Konsa and Villa avoided the drop this year... just.
The English defender was ever-present at the back and helped keep four important clean sheets.
He also may have scored a 95th-minute winner against Watford... but it officially goes down as a Tyrone Mings goal. Given that Villa survived this year, he probably won't care.
LB: Brandon Williams | Man Utd | 19
This Man United starlet looks the real deal. He's still a teenager, but he's not afraid to throw his weight around on the pitch.
He's played 17 times for the Red Devils and contributed to eight important wins as the club secured Champions League football on the last day.
RW: Christian Pulisic | Chelsea | 21
Arguably one of the Premier League's best players since the restart, Pulisic has proved he could well be Chelsea's replacement for Eden Hazard.
Nine goals and four assists in 25 appearances certainly isn't bad and the American winger is only going to get better.
CM: Mason Mount | Chelsea | 21
Another of Chelsea's young guns, Mount has been superb since making his debut last August.
He's been one of Lampard's most important players and scored a vital goal on the last day against Wolves to ensure the Blues have Champions League football next season.
The midfielder featured in 37 of his side's 38 league games and you can bet he'll be playing plenty more.
CM: Declan Rice | West Ham | 21
As a 21-year-old, Rice has already played 99 games in the Premier League, that's how good he is.
If reports are to be believed, he could leave West Ham this summer and link up with his old friend Mount at Chelsea.
Should Rice leave the Hammers, he'll do so having played in every single game of their relegation-dodging campaign.
LW: Dwight McNeil | Burnley | 20
Another man who featured in every single league game last season is McNeil. The winger was integral during a campaign that saw Burnley finish 10th.
McNeil scored twice and provided another six assists for his teammates. There's a reason Man United are said to be interested in the youngster.
ST: Tammy Abraham | Chelsea | 22
Abraham started the season looking like the striker Chelsea fans have been craving for years. He's fast, strong and boy can he finish - 15 goals in 34 games (some from the bench) prove that.
Since football returned post-lockdown, he's struggled to get into the team ahead of Olivier Giroud, but that's only because the Frenchman is in incredible form.
Even when Timo Werner arrives this summer, expect Abraham to be fighting for that starting spot.
ST: Marcus Rashford | Man Utd | 22
A superstar on and off the pitch. Rashford is already a world-beater. At 22, he's already the focus of Man Utd's attack and has 17 goals and seven assists in 31 games.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer knows he has a born goalscorer on his books and the scary thing is, Rashford is only going to get better.
