Jose Mourinho has plenty of work to do this summer.
After taking over as manager of Tottenham Hotspur last season, the north London side stuttered to a top six finish in the Premier League - a position that was far from nailed on.
But after securing Europa League qualification, attention now turns to next summer.
Spurs are aiming much higher than the top six next term, after all, a move into their new stadium was done with the intention of hosting Champions League football year after year.
That's why efforts must be doubled to ensure that they don't suffer a similar campaign next time around.
A key problem for Tottenham has been their lack of creativity following the departure of Christian Eriksen in January.
The Denmark international was never really replaced, and that's an area that Mourinho will be keen to strengthen this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Philippe Coutinho could be the man to fill that void.
The Barcelona man is available this summer after falling way down the pecking order at the Nou Camp.
Valued at £50.4million by Transfermarkt, the 28-year-old is also said to be attracting interest from the likes of Arsenal, Leicester City and Newcastle United.
But according to a feature on where the Brazilian could end up next term, it seems that Coutinho could be heading to join Jose Mourinho's side.
They wrote: "Despite some being of the opinion that Jose Mourinho has tarnished his reputation on these shores over the last few years, his name still carries weight.
"Players will still jump at the chance to work with him and for Coutinho, this must be an attractive prospect.
"Tottenham endured a tough campaign but can offer the attacking midfielder European football next season and also an amazing new stadium to call home.
"Signing someone of Coutinho's ilk may also help Tottenham in their bid to keep hold of star man Harry Kane, who is desperate to win trophies.
"Tottenham are a club who have established a reputation for bargain hunting and although Coutinho would not fit in that category, having the chance to sign someone as talented as him is too good an opportunity to turn their noses up at.
"If Spurs want Coutinho enough, they could also be his best bet for a lesser pay cut."

While it's been a frustrating time for Philippe Coutinho since leaving Liverpool, he's undoubtedly a top player.
The Brazilian knows the Premier League inside-out and if he was to move back I'd firmly expect him to hit the ground running.
Coutinho probably needs players of quality around him, but by moving to Tottenham he'd certainly have that.
Spurs have looked blunt in attacking areas since Christian Eriksen left the club, and I think that Coutinho would be the ideal replacement for him.
Whether they can stump up the required fee to sign him, I'm not sure, but given the fact that he's free to leave Barcelona I'm sure there could be some room for negotiations.
