The 2019/20 football season will go down as perhaps the strangest in history.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, professional sport was completely stopped for months on end.
Four of Europe's top five leagues did eventually return and on Sunday, domestic football finally concluded.
Italy's Serie A was the last to be completed, almost 12 months after it had started.
The Premier League, La Liga and Bundesliga all concluded last month, while France's Ligue 1 didn't get that opportunity, having been curtailed in April.
Now the final fixtures have been played, it's time to take a look at some of the statistics and we want to start big.

GK: Jesse Joronen | Brescia | 7.0
It might surprise many that statistically, the best goalkeeper in Europe last season was Brescia's Joronen.
The Finnish goalkeeper made 29 appearances in Serie A and kept five clean sheets, but that wasn't enough to stop his club being relegated back to Serie B 12 months after they came up.
RB: Ricardo Pereira | Leicester City | 7.5
Pereira's rating of 7.5 sees him secure his spot at right-back in this XI.
Over the course of the Premier League season, he provided two goals and three assists while helping to keep 10 clean sheets as Leicester stormed to European qualification.
CB: Virgil van Dijk | Liverpool | 7.3
There's no surprise Van Dijk features here. He's had another great individual season and is regarded by many as the best centre-back in the world.
Liverpool's talisman has added a Premier League title, Club World Cup and Super Cup to last year's Champions League triumph.
CB: James Tarkowski | Burnley | 7.2
Van Dijk's partner in this XI is the impressive Tarkowski, who is tipped to be a regular starter for England going forward.
The centre-back played in all 38 of Burnley's fixtures last season, keeping an incredible 15 clean sheets while scoring two goals and provided two assists.
LB: Alphonso Davies | Bayern Munich | 7.5
Perhaps the fastest defender in Europe, Davies burst onto the scene with Bayern Munich, drawing attention from across the continent.
He ripped Chelsea and Spurs apart in the Champions League, but domestically was even better, scoring three goals and setting up another four in 29 Bundesliga appearances.
Davies also helped keep 12 clean sheets over the course of the campaign too. He's one to watch going forward.
RM: Lionel Messi | Barcelona | 8.7
Messi was at his magnificent best at times in the 2019/20 campaign. Although Barcelona were beaten to La Liga by Real Madrid, their captain still broke numerous records.
25 goals and 22 assists in 33 games is quite frankly ridiculous and there's no surprise that Messi is the highest-rated player in this XI.
CM: Kevin De Bruyne | Manchester City | 8.0
Many have De Bruyne down as their Premier League player of the year and it's easy to see why.
The Man City man was key to his club's title challenge again and although they came up short, the Belgian still scored 13 goals and provided 20 assists. Phenomenal.
CM: Jadon Sancho | Borussia Dortmund | 7.6
If rumours are to be believed, Sancho won't be at Dortmund much longer. He has interest from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United - and for good reason.
Sancho was one of the most exciting players to watch in 2019/20, scoring 17 goals and making 17 assists. Those are near Messi's numbers!
LM: Timo Werner | RB Leipzig | 7.6
Chelsea splashed £47.5m on bringing Werner to London ahead of next season and many expect him to rip apart the Premier League.
He's a proven goalscorer, netting 28 goals in 34 Bundesliga appearances and will surely excite the fans at Stamford Bridge when he makes his debut next month.
ST: Robert Lewandowski | Bayern Munich | 8.1
Had this year's Ballon d'Or ceremony not been cancelled, it very well could have been Lewandowski winning football's greatest individual prize.
The Polish striker netted 34 goals in 31 league games and also has a ridiculous 11 in six Champions League matches. There's an argument to suggest Lewandowski has been robbed of a Ballon d'Or.
ST: Cristiano Ronaldo | Juventus | 7.8
Did we really expect Ronaldo to miss out on this team? He's had one of the best seasons of his career with Juventus at the age of 35.
His 31 goals helped drive The Old Lady to their ninth consecutive Serie A title, which is an unbelievable feat.
Considering they finished just one point ahead of Inter Milan, CR7's goals - and performances - were crucial in securing the Scudetto.
