Willian seems to be on the brink of leaving Chelsea this summer.

The Brazil international has reportedly rejected the Blues' latest offer of a two-year contract extension, holding out for a third year that would give him the financial security he desires.

Willian's agent Kia Joorabchian confirmed to talkSPORT that his client has already received offers from two Premier League clubs as well as interest from Europe and across the pond.

Arsenal closing in on a move

He explained: "We had big offers – one from MLS which required him to move on July 1 – but he’s always wanted to finish the season at Chelsea and the day after the season has finished he would decide.

"He has two concrete offers from Premier League clubs on the table, an offer from an MLS club, and two other offers from Europe He is going to make his decision after the last game of the season."

However, it seems as though Arsenal have emerged as the clear favourites for Willian's signature with the Gunners reportedly willing to offer the third year that's being demanded.

Willian discussing move with friends

And according to the Mirror, Willian has even gone as far as telling his close friends that he's willing to reject more lucrative offers from the MLS to become an Arsenal player next season.

Such a move would continue his seven-year stay in the Premier League and picking a London club would mean that his family wouldn't have to move after becoming settled in the capital.

As Willian's agent said, though, the 31-year-old be waiting until the final game of the season to make his decision, which is the trip to Bayern Munich in just a few day's time... or will he?

Willian to Arsenal confirmed???

Well, according to The Sun, Willian's move to Arsenal might well have been confirmed already with leaked footage suggesting that his Chelsea departure is done and dusted.

That's because a seven-second clip from PES 2021 clearly shows Willian in an Arsenal jersey with tantalising annotations of 'Welcome to the Emirates' and 'New Signing'.

The leaked screenshots clearly show the Brazilian walking out to a packed Emirates Stadium in their new home strip behind Lucas Torreira with his name clearly labelled to dispel any doubt at all.

Question of when, not if

It's a situation given extra credence by the fact Arsenal have collaborated with the video game series, releasing a video on Tuesday that showed fans what to expect from the latest release.

So, it's pretty clear that somebody at Konami has inside information on the machinations of the Willian deal and are preparing accompanying footage to mark the announcement.

That being said, it's more likely suggesting that Arsenal, Chelsea and Willian are all on the same page about the deal as opposed to it having already been confirmed surreptitiously.

Nevertheless, all roads lead to Willian following David Luiz from west to north London - what do you reckon, Gooners?
