Mbappe and Neymar would have finished much higher than 14th were it not for the Brazilian's injury-riddled season, which limited him to just 15 league games for PSG.
The French season was also cut short as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, meaning PSG only played 27 games in 2019/20. So for Neymar and Mbappe to even make the top 25 shows how well they performed.
And, despite the fact that Ramos isn't a striker, for the sake of this article it makes sense to refer to him as being part of a 'strike partnership'.
Quite incredibly, the Real Madrid's next highest scorers in the league were Toni Kroos and Casemiro, who each netted four goals.
Maybe teams don't need two good strikers after all.
