Joe Hart has been without a football club since leaving Burnley at the end of his contract in June.

It seems pretty crazy that the former England No.1, who won two Premier League titles and the FA Cup with Manchester City, doesn't have a transfer lined up.

But that's football and in reality, Hart has featured very irregularly over the last few years.

This season he failed to make a Premier League appearance for Burnley and lost his place to Nick Pope after playing 19 times the year before.

So what's next for Hart? He's still only 33 and has at least a few years left at the top, should anyone want to sign him.

It seems the former England international is doing everything he can to make himself attractive to potential suitors, too.

Hart has seriously bulked up during lockdown and looks absolutely shredded in the latest photos he's posted on social media.

The caption he's shared with the images on Instagram reads:

"All I can do at this moment is push the guy in the mirror... You dream. You plan. You reach. There will be obstacles. There will be doubters. There will be mistakes.

"But with hard work, with belief, with confidence and trust in yourself and those around you, there are no limits." Check out the photos below:

Very impressive. But will the goalkeeper's impressive physique help him land a new club?

Reports from talkSPORT suggest that Premier League newcomers Leeds United are interested, so we could see Hart back in the top-flight very soon. Only time will tell.

If the goalkeeper does return, he'll certainly be in command of his six-yard box!
