Borussia Dortmund gave Manchester United a deadline of August 10 to complete a deal to sign Jadon Sancho. That’s today. But it doesn’t really look like the transfer saga is coming to a halt anytime soon, with Sky Sports reporting that Sancho wants to join the Red Devils.Man United are equally interested but they aren’t willing to pay the £108 million asking price.Perhaps Dortmund, who travel to Switzerland for a training camp today, will be resolute in their stance and won’t entertain a deal beyond the deadline.Or they might budge on their demands and accept a lower fee.p1efbmlul31b4gtcbefi1hme52t9.jpgIt’s not clear how this one will go but Man United fans remain optimistic that Sancho will join this summer. And they’ve even turned into lip-readers as a clip of Ole Gunner Solskjaer apparently talking about a move for Sancho emerged on Twitter.

In the 12-second clip, the United boss is seen talking to Nemanja Matic, with his lips clearly visible.

We’re not even going to begin guessing what Solskjaer says to his midfielder.

But the club’s fans have been speculating and they think it’s got something to do with Sancho.

You’ve got to admire the effort, really.

First it was tracking flights, now it’s reading lips. Football Twitter can be a crazy place at times.

Sancho flew to Switzerland

Sancho was pictured at a garden party in London at the weekend, prompting speculation that he was in England to move forward with a move to Man United.

But Dortmund weren’t concerned by the 20-year-old’s decision to return to his homeland.

"It's common and fine for players to go home before a training camp if they're not risky," Dortmund's press spokesman Sascha Fligge said, per Goal.

"The same goes for Jadon. From our point of view, the pictures that have been shown to us do not violate the current Coronavirus Protection Ordinance or hygiene regulations."

Indeed, Sancho was part of the Dortmund squad that flew to Switzerland in the morning for a pre-season training camp.
