What a summer this is shaping up to be for Chelsea.
After an excellent season that saw the Blues secure a top four finish off the back of a lengthy transfer ban, Frank Lampard's side are not wasting any time.
Deals for Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner have already been completed, with the players joining from Ajax and RB Leipzig respectively.
In addition to that the west London side are hot on the trail of one of the most talented young players in world football.
That man is Kai Havertz who is said to be in discussions over a move from Bayer Leverkusen.
However the reporter did add that such a deal could have a detrimental impact on the rest of Chelsea's summer business.
Speaking to ESPN, quoted by the Daily Express, Laurens said: "It's a good question [of who Chelsea will buy].
"I think they're certainly very ambitious in the transfer market, they've been already with Timo Werner and Ziyech.
"I think Kai Havertz is likely to come too but they need a goalkeeper, that would cost a fair bit.
"Whether you go and get [Andre] Onana, whether you go and get [Nick] Pope or [Dean] Henderson or whoever they want, that will be expensive.
"They need a left-back, they need at least one centre-back, another midfielder, and then if you've got Havertz then I think you've got another going forward.
"But this is not easy and you do wonder after what Lampard said on Saturday, what happened in January?
"You've known for a long time now that you needed a rebuild, that you needed to bring players in.
"How come they didn't sign anyone in January when they could have?"
GIVEMESPORT'S Phil Spencer says...
Chelsea certainly mean business.
After several years of watching Manchester City and Liverpool establish themselves as the two realistic contenders for the Premier League title, it seems that the Blues have had enough.
Following their transfer ban Frank Lampard looks to be going all out to try and close the gap on the top two.
Based on the players who they've already signed, you wouldn't bet against them moving closer.
Valued at £72.9million by Transfermarkt, Kai Havertz is a young player, but one who is capable of being one of the worlds' best.
Whether he can hit the ground running is up for debate, but in the Bayer Leverkusen star the west London side would be getting a player with the grace and technique to cause problems for any side.
He could easily be the main man with the Blues for many seasons to come, and that's why this is a deal that is being pushed for.
