Boli Bolingoli has been a very silly boy.
With the Scottish Premiership only just kicking off, it's now been halted again with the Celtic left-back at the centre of a quite ridiculous debacle.
Consequently, the Hoops' next two games against St Mirren and Aberdeen have been postponed.
To put it bluntly, this is the worst possible start to the campaign - their hopes of winning ten titles in a row have already taken a colossal setback.
Is it unreasonable to completely blame Bolingoli? Arguably not.
The defender visited Spain last week on unauthorised leave and then failed to follow quarantine procedures once he returned. Days later he was training with the Celtic squad and then he even took to the field during their clash with Kilmarnock.
It was a moment of madness from the 25-year-old, one that could all but end his stay in Glasgow.
Not only did he put himself in danger, but he's also put the entire staff at Celtic and Killie in danger too.
It was unsurprising to see Neil Lennon come out and blast the player in a press conference on Tuesday. He lamented the player as selfish in a scathing assessment of his actions.
Those words were just and he could now be out the door with the transfer window open.
The Daily Record spoke briefly about the situation in an article mainly compromising of Albian Ajeti's impending move to Parkhead.
However, it also revealed Peter Lawwell and Lennon's stance on the player.
It read: "Neil Lennon and chief executive Peter Lawwell spent most of Tuesday dealing with the Boli Bolingoli fallout with the full-back now expected to leave the club on loan."

In an ideal world, Bolingoli's contract would be ripped up and he'd never set foot in Glasgow again.
Although, it's unlikely that a club will be too keen on signing a player who clearly has no regard for the strict rules put in place by the British government.
At this point, a loan deal would probably suit all parties, especially for the player who has now fallen out of trust with not only the owner and his manager but also the players too.
It was suggested that his teammates were equally frustrated with the Belgian's actions and it's unsurprising - their lives and also their families lives were put in danger because of Bolingoli refusing to follow simple rules.
The full-back's future at Celtic had been uncertain anyway. He only played 14 times in the Premiership last season and was stuck behind Greg Taylor in the pecking order.
If anything, this will give the Bhoys the perfect excuse to send him packing.
