Leeds United are in dreamland at the moment.

A place in the Premier League for the first time since 2004 beckons while they're already showing their might in the transfer market.

This week has been a busy one for the club, particularly for Victor Orta who faces a whole new level of pressure - preparing the Whites for top-flight life.

The Director of Football has spent the majority of the week concluding deals. Joe Gelhardt has arrived from Wigan on a permanent basis while 16-year-old Charlie Allen put pen to paper as well.

Furthermore, Jack Harrison signed for what will be his third year on loan at Elland Road.

It's a hyperbole of activity in West Yorkshire, but it's set to get even more exciting as the window rumbles on.

Already we've seen a ridiculous move for Edinson Cavani touted, but there are more realistic options for Orta to consider.

Radrizzani and Orta

According to BILD, the Spaniard was travelling across Europe late last week in pursuit of finding a striker to boost Marcelo Bielsa's side, but it wasn't known where exactly he was travelling.

Perhaps it was to Belgium where Emmanuel Dennis, a target for Leeds, is plying is trade.

The Club Brugge striker was linked with the club a few weeks ago but news has now emerged over his potential destination this summer.

According to Voetbal Nieuws, the Whites are now facing further competition for his signature.

That happens to be in the form of AC Milan who are the latest side to register their interest.

Also in the hunt to sign the Nigerian are Newcastle, Wolves and several Bundesliga clubs.

Transfermarkt value the striker at £14.4m.

Emmanuel Dennis

GIVEMESPORT'S Matt Dawson says...

Leeds already knew they were facing widespread competition to sign Dennis but the idea of Milan now being interested shouldn't fill Orta and co with too much confidence.

The Serie A giants are European heavyweights, a club with their eyes on competing among the best in Europe once again.

For the time being, Leeds can't offer any prospective targets that, but what they can offer is one of the most historic places to play in England.

Many a great Champions League night has been held at Elland Road, as have some scintillating Premier League matches. That is in the past, but Leeds is still very much an attractive place to come and play - especially with Bielsa now at the helm.

Emmanuel Dennis celebrates scoring against Real Madrid

If they can persuade Dennis to pick Yorkshire over Milan, they'd be landing a top-draw player, one who has experience of dominating defences at the top level.

He scored against Manchester United in the Europa League this season but was at his dominative best versus Real Madrid.

Dennis swept aside Raphael Varane and Sergio Ramos on his way to scoring twice at the Bernabeu. In that encounter, he also completed three dribbles and won two aerial duels.

It was a complete performance from a player who, at the age of 22, is improving all the time.
