Messi in 2012

Those fellas Messi and Ronaldo aren't bad, are they?

The former's two seasons between 2011 and 2013 were superhuman efforts and it's likely they will not be topped for decades to come.

However, Lewandowski ranks higher than any other player on the list in terms of percentage of games scored in thanks to his efforts in 2019/20.

He's found the back of the net in 82% of Bayern's games, with Messi's 2012/13 campaign (74%) in second and Ronaldo's 2013/14 season (72%) in third.

Lewandowski celebrates

In terms of goals scored per game, Lewandowski's current season ranks second on 1.205. Messi takes top spot again, his iconic 2011/12 campaign yielding 1.217 goals per appearance.

Absolutely ridiculous numbers from Bayern's number nine - a true all time great.
