RB Leipzig shocked Atletico Madrid on Thursday night. The two sides met in the quarter-finals of the Champions League and with the competition being played as a straight knockout, the winner advanced straight to the last four.There are no second legs and no second chances this year. After a goalless first half, it was Leipzig who took the lead after in the 50th minute, when Dani Olmo guided a brilliant glancing header past Jan Oblak. The German's were on for a famous win until Joao Felix came off the bench to drag Atletico back into the game. Madrid's 20-year-old starlet won a penalty after being chopped down inside the box and he stepped up moments later to smash in the equaliser.With the game finely balanced, it looked like we would be heading for extra time and perhaps even the drama of a penalty shootout. 
Cue Tyler Adams to send Leipzig through with an 88th-minute winner. The American's shot took a wicked deflection before hitting the back of the net, but he won't care.Just 11 years after their formation, Leipzig are in the Champions League semi-finals. 11 years! Crazy.
