Moto Racing is a very dangerous sport, and over the years there have been plenty of crashes and fatalities that back that point up.Whether it be in Formula 1, 2 or 3, or in Moto GP, there is a real severe threat of seriously hurting yourself as soon as you go out on that track. When crashes happen in these sports, they can be severe and they can sadly be fatal.During Moto GP races this afternoon, there were not one, but TWO, severe crashes that could have caused serious, serious damage, if not fatalities. The first one can be seen in the video below, posted by Twitter user @darcyF1, which was part of the Moto 2 race.As you can see from the video, after a rider seemingly lost control of his bike, he managed to escape the track, but his stranded vehicle was laying straight across the track.Incoming traffic meant it was likely that someone was going to plough into the bike, and plough into it they did. After both bikes basically imploded on impact, the rider was thrown into the air and sent flying across the track. Luckily, however, he is reportedly okay. That wasn't all for the chaotic drama, however, as another scary incident happened later on involving Franco Morbidelli and Johann Zarco in Moto GP.Watch their scary collision in the video below.

As you can see, yet more scary drama and yet more horrifying footage which again makes you wonder how on earth all parties involved came out unscathed.

Just imagine being Valentino Rossi... look how close he was to being completely wiped out and seriously, seriously injured!

Moto GP is frightening, and this serves as a reminder of that.
