It’s looking increasingly likely that Jadon Sancho will indeed be staying at Borussia Dortmund this summer.For months, the 20-year-old has been heavily linked with a big-money move to Manchester United.Reports even revealed Sancho would be wearing the No.7 shirt at Old Trafford while picking up £220,000 a week.Personal terms had been agreed and all that was left was the price tag.Dortmund gave United until August 10 to cough up the €110 million but that deadline came and went without Ed Woodward emptying his piggy bank.It left Dortmund insisting that Sancho will now be staying at the Westfalenstadion."We plan with Jadon Sancho. He'll play for us next season. The decision is final. I think that answers all of the questions,” sporting director Michael Zorc said after the deadline passed.Meanwhile, the head of licensed player division at Dortmund, Sebastian Kehl, reiterated Zorc’s comments.
"It was important to get clarity on the subject," Kehl told SID. "We know about Jadon's attractiveness but also of his importance to us. He gives our team that little extra. We're happy that he's staying."While the Red Devils prepare for their Europa League semi-final against Sevilla on Sunday night, Sancho was in Austria as Dortmund ramp up their preparations for the new season.On Sunday, he played in Dortmund’s 11-2 victory over Austria Vienna - and he impressed after coming on at half-time.He took just six minutes to get himself on the scoresheet before producing a quite incredible piece of skill to humiliate defender Christoph Martschinko.

Sancho provided an assist for new signing Jude Bellingham as he scored his first goal in the yellow of Dortmund.
