Harry Maguire's sister, Daisy, was reportedly stabbed in Greece this week.

Manchester United captain, Harry, was arrested on the Greek island of Mykonos having allegedly been involved in a fight with rival supporters and later police officers themselves.

Per the Daily Mail, Maguire's lawyer told Sky News that he has denied all charges, though it wasn't disclaimed on which grounds, with the United star now a free man for the time being.

Maguire arrested in Greece

Various reports have been released on the incident, though an eyewitness in communication with The Sun has proven one of the most detailed, alleging how rival fans mocked Maguire.

It's claimed that chants of 'F*** United' were directed at Maguire on consecutive nights and although it was branded 'banter' the first time around, events are believed to have escalated on Thursday.

However, reports out of Greece seem to suggest that the source of the fight between Maguire and the apparent football fans took on a more sinister nature.

Maguire's sister reportedly stabbed

Shocking details about the episode have been highlighted in the dramatic local reports from the Mykonos Voice, which have been translated by The Sun newspaper.

The Greek publication, who have covered the event since its inception, ran an exclusive report claiming to unearth all the details as they understood them.

It's claimed that Harry had leapt to his sister's defence after she was stabbed in the arm with a 'sharp object' at some point during the disagreement.

This reportedly led to a mass brawl between Maguire and his friends and the other group of British holidaymakers at the popular resort.

Maguire allegedly injured police officers

It's then claimed that Maguire was hostile towards police officers when they arrived to address the situation, noting that he was 'verbally abusive to an officer and then hit him.'

It's alleged that Maguire caused facial injuries to the officers during the fracas and it's widely acknowledged that he spent a second night behind bars in Greece on Friday.

United are believed to be in contact with their skipper, who assures them of their cooperation, while it remains unknown what punishment Maguire could face both at home and abroad.

We await confirmation, if there is indeed to be any, of Daisy's involvement in the incident and hope that everybody recovers from their injuries if any were sustained as reported.
