1. Robert Lewandowski, Bayern Munich (Rating: 9.03)

What a striker.

Robert Lewandowski was this season’s best player in the Champions League and by some distance.

The Pole scored an incredible 15 goals and provided five assists in just 10 appearances. He also won six Man of the Match awards. Remarkable.

It’s a shame the 2020 Ballon d’Or award has been cancelled because Lewandowski’s name surely would have been on the trophy.
