It was no secret that Spurs were going to struggle to spend this summer but so far, they've had no difficulties in bringing players to north London.
Tottenham have already brought three new faces to the club and they are now busy integrating into the first-team set-up under Jose Mourinho.
Spurs have been keen to target domestic arrivals. Demarai Gray of Leicester could still follow Matt Doherty, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Joe Hart for the door, for instance.
At one stage, there was even some brief talk about Spurs signing Wilfred Ndidi.
That now appears to be a thing of the past with the club also interested in acquiring the likes of Troy Deeney and Josh King to bolster their attack.
On the topic of Ndidi and defensive midfielders, however, Tottenham have now been given the chance to secure another bargain.
Levy deserves credit for signing Hojbjerg and Doherty for a combined £27m this summer but a further move could be concluded fairly cheaply in the coming weeks.
Last month, Spurs were linked with a move for Toulouse midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.
Get French Football News confirmed that Spurs were interested in the 22-year-old and had been following him for a period of time.
However, the player's price tag has now been revealed by Foot Mercato.
They claim that Sangare has caught the attention of a host of European clubs and if any willing suitor wants to lure him away from Ligue 1, they will have to pay €8m-€10m (£7.1m to £8.9m).

Sangare is not only an enforcer, but he's also an exquisite ball carrier. At just £8.9m, Levy could not only discover Ndombele's replacement, but he could also unearth the heir to Mousa Dembele's thrown.
