The academy facilities at Thorpe Arch received Category One status earlier this summer, meaning that they now have one of the best youth set-ups in the country.

Whether it be improving the first-team with Rodrigo and Robin Koch or looking towards the academy with signings like Drameh and Gelhardt, the club mean business.
Summerville, however, would arguably be the tip of the iceberg in terms of the young individuals that Victor Orta has brought to the club.
He is an absolute wizard on the ball and on loan at ADO Den Haag last term, he racked up an impressive 1.5 dribbles per game. Summerville was also fouled 2.2 times a match so it's really no surprise that he's been described as someone who's "reminiscent to Jadon Sancho."
Compare those numbers to Leeds' current squad and only Jack Harrison achieves more dribbles. No player, meanwhile, is fouled as many times as Summerville.
For someone like Kalvin Phillips, he should be licking his lips. More fouls equal further opportunities to take set-pieces.
The teenager won't only improve the academy, but he should also improve the overall quality of Marcelo Bielsa's side.
