Conor McGregor has reportedly been arrested in Corsica for 'attempted sexual assault and sexual exhibition'.According to the Daily Mail, the UFC star is in custody on the French island and a press release from the prosecution reads:"Following a complaint filed on September 10 denouncing acts likely to be qualified as attempted sexual assault and sexual exhibition, Mr Conor Anthony McGregor was the subject of a hearing by the services of the gendarmerie, under the regime of police custody." No further details of his arrest have been given at this time. A representative for McGregor has rebuffed the allegations, telling TMZ:"Conor McGregor vigorously denies any accusations of misconduct. He has been interviewed and released." The retired fighter has been in the French region with fiancee Dee Devlin and was set to take part in a 180km charity voyage across the mediterranean sea.McGregor has been arrested againMcGregor was set to feature in the event alongside Charlene, Princess of Monaco in a bid to raise awareness for water safety, but has now withdrawn.Before being taken into custody, the Irishman had been in attendance at the Tour de France and also revealed the USADA came onto his yacht for drugs testing.That happened, despite him claiming to be retired from UFCMcGregor is in trouble again"What’s going on here @UFC? Despite claiming to be retired, the fact McGregor remains in the USADA testing pool hints that he could be in line for another comeback to the sport.
