Derby matches just aren’t the same these days, are they?All the players are friends and the rivalry is just never as fierce as it was back in the ’80s or ’90s.Well, Paris Saint-Germain and Marseille in Le Classique last night showed everyone that they still have hatred for each other.Marseille ran out 1-0 winners but that doesn’t even begin to tell the story.There were allegations of racism and spitting before it all kicked off in injury-time.In injury-time, referee Jerome Brisard brandished FIVE red cards.
Let’s take you through exactly what happened:As the clocked ticked into the 96th-minute, Steven Mandanda took his time over a goal-kick. Neymar could be seen arguing with Alvaro, who the Brazilian accused of racism.As the goal-kick is in the air, Dario Benedetto nudges Leandro Paredes in the back. That small push ignited an almighty fire.
Paredes punched Benedetto to the ground before appearing to headbutt Alvaro.PSG’s Layvin Kurzawa and Marseille’s Jordan Amavi then punched and kicked each other as a melee broke out.Benedetto and Paredes were shown second yellow cards, while Kurzawa and Amavi were given straight reds.Then, VAR revealed that Neymar had punched Alvaro and he was also shown a straight red card, having been booked in the first half.Check out the full video of all five red cards below:

It didn’t stop after the final whistle, either.
Neymar tweeted soon after full-time which Goal have translated as saying: "VAR spotting my 'attack' is easy, Now I want to see it pick up the image of the racist calling me “MONO HIJO DE PUTA” (monkey motherfucker). That's what I want to see. And then?
"I do a rainbow flick, you punish me .. For a slap, I get sent off … what about them? What then?"
Of course, if Neymar’s allegations are true then you can’t exactly blame him for his action of punching Alvaro.
And when asked if he regretted his actions, Neymar replied: “I only regret that I didn’t hit him in the fact.”
There is no room for racism. Not in football or anywhere else in society.
