Leeds United are back where they belong.
After 16 long years away from the Premier League they finally made their return over the weekend and looked very impressive in the process.
While they fell to a 4-3 defeat against Liverpool, Marcelo Bielsa's side gave Jurgen Klopp's side plenty to think about throughout.
Based on that evidence, they could be in store for a big season.
The Whites certainly haven't wasted any time in the transfer market this summer, and that's going to be a big factor this term.
Robin Koch started the game at Anfield after joining the club, while Rodrigo came on as a second half substitute after his big-money move from Valencia.
But Bielsa knows that he needs more players, and crucially, more quality.
Plenty of players have been linked, but none more than Rodrigo De Paul.
The Udinese star has been heavily linked with a move to Elland Road as the club look to add some creativity to their midfield.
Valued at £27million by Transfermarkt, it could be Leeds' biggest signing of the summer if the two clubs can strike a deal.
Based on the latest reports, it seems that the signs are encouraging.
Leeds Live reported that De Paul was left out of Udinese's squad on Sunday night for their friendly with Vicenza - a game that they lost 1-0.
While it's open to interpretation what this means for his future at the club, it certainly fuels the speculation that a move could be on the cards.
Whether that will lead him to Elland Road, however, remains to be seen.
GIVEMESPORT'S Phil Spencer says...
Okay, this isn't a real transfer update but it certainly fuels the ongoing speculation.
Leeds United's pursuit of Rodrigo De Paul has rumbled on for several weeks, and it seems that a move could be edging nearer.
There's obviously plenty of work to do if Leeds are to get it done.
It seems that the 26-year-old is tempted by the move to Elland Road, and that could make it difficult for Udinese to keep hold of him.
The Italian side will no doubt be determined to get as a high a fee as possible for their star man, and that's why this saga is dragging on.
It could be a deal that doesn't get completed until the latter stages of the window, but if Leeds can be patient then they will have secured a cracking deal.
