Reports from the Daily Express have claimed that Spurs are on the verge of signing Sergio Reguilon.
The Real Madrid man is reportedly deemed surplus to requirements at the Santiago Bernabeu which means that he could be set to move on.
Reguilon spent last term on loan with Sevilla where he enjoyed an excellent campaign that ended with the club winning the Europa League.
That has alerted both Tottenham and Manchester United to his services, however it's a move to North London that seems to be moving closer.
It's claimed that Daniel Levy has agreed a £27.5million fee with Real Madrid, and will now discuss personal terms with the player.

This is a move that is a little bit surprising.
The message coming out of Tottenham Hotspur this summer is that the club are lacking in funds and that means that big-money signings are unlikely to happen.
But with a deal for Sergio Reguilon so close, it seems that this approach could be heading out of the window.
That said, the question remains about how much money they have left to spend.
Spurs are desperate to sign attacking reinforcements this summer, and surely a deal for the Real Madrid man could hinder their ability to do that.
That said, a move for Reguilon would certainly be a massive plus for Tottenham and so I still think that this will be a good deal.
