Tottenham's transfer window has all of a sudden taken off.
Someone at the club must have flicked a switch after their defeat to Everton because they suddenly mean business.
Daniel Levy had initially gone about the window in a rather quiet fashion.
He'd signed Joe Hart on a free transfer while Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty hardly cost the earth either.
Yet, they're now on the verge of potentially bringing Gareth Bale back to north London.
On top of that, Sergio Reguilon is close to signing for Spurs as well.
This is clearly not the sign of a club who are lacking finances this summer. After all, Bale's current wages are astronomical and Reguilon is thought to cost just shy of £30m.
Coincidentally, a similar sort of price will have to be forked out for another of their targets too.
Tottenham have been trying desperately to bring in an extra striker during the window with a variety of options on the table.
However, one of the latest is Crystal Palace's Alexander Sorloth. Currently on loan at Trabzonspor, he was first linked with Spurs earlier this week.
There has no been an update on his future, though. According to Fotospor (via Sport Witness), Daniel Levy has put in an offer of €25m (£22.8m) for his services.
That won't prove to be enough with a fee of €30m (£27.4m) being required instead.
How the deal would work, would be €10m to Palace and then €20m to Trabzonspor.
Both clubs have to sanction a deal because of the Turkish outfit's buying clause.

That's because Sorloth has scored just once in 20 outings for the Eagles.
Why I hear you ask, are the Londoners interested in signing him? Well, he racked up a quite ridiculous goal tally last season in Turkey.
In what has been described as a "remarkable" rise for the player by Sky Sports' Nat Howard, he found the back of the net on 33 occasions, registering 11 assists in the process.
A player with pace and power, he isn't exactly the plan B option Spurs require, but he'd certainly add an extra dose of firepower.
Harry Kane has missed 33 matches in the last two seasons so it's clear that Mourinho needs someone he can fall back on.
The England international can't be relied upon to stay fit all campaign long, so signing another striker should be a key priority.
That being said, would Sorloth play second fiddle after a year of banging in the goals? Probably not.
