Tottenham Hotspur have endured a rather mixed week on and off the pitch.
It started with a disappointing defeat against Everton but after travelling to Bulgaria to face Lokomotiv Plovdiv, they managed to pick up a crucial victory that sent them into the next round of qualifying for the Europa League.
Off the field, Daniel Levy and Jose Mourinho have made tremendous strides in the transfer window.
Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon arrived at Luton airport on Friday morning before heading to the club's training ground to put pen to paper on their respective contracts at Spurs.
Bale will reportedly sign on loan with the Londoners paying half of his wages.
As for Reguilon, he will sign on a permanent deal thought to be worth around €30m (£27.5m).
That's a fair amount of money for a club who hadn't spent too much on landing the likes of Matt Doherty and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this summer.
Spurs still have one job left before the window closes - signing a back-up striker.
It feels like Tottenham have been linked with every man and his dog recently but the latest name in Levy's mind is Wolfsburg striker Wout Weghorst.
That's according to a report from The Express who stress the attacker is currently on the radar of club officials at Spurs.
Levy is intent on bringing in cover for Harry Kane this season and Wolfsburg will sell Weghorst for the 'right price'.
The 28-year-old is currently valued at £27m so wouldn't cost the earth. Although, for someone who will play second fiddle, there are surely cheaper alternatives lying around.
Spurs, however, cannot afford to be picky after missing out on Andrea Belotti and Alexander Sorloth.

Weghorst is one of the tallest men in world football at the moment. The striker stands at a colossal 6 foot 6, being described as a "towering" figure by the Bundesliga website.
Does any of that make you think of someone who used to play for Spurs?
Well, cast your minds back to the beginning of the last decade and you'll remember a certain Peter Crouch.
The lanky striker may not have been prolific at White Hart Lane but is fondly remembered for his role at the club.
Weghorst could have the same impact, although he is far more clinical in front of goal.
Last season he netted 20 strikes in all competitions, adding to the 18 he scored the campaign prior.
In every sense, Weghorst would be ideal for Mourinho and Spurs. They are in the market for a goalscorer who can also win aerial duels and this player is absolutely perfect.
For context, he won 4.1 aerial duels in 2019/20 - Crouch won the same amount in his last consistent season of playing time in north London.
