Leeds United are loving life at the moment. After storming to promotion from the Championship the Whites always looked like a side who would be confident of making an impact in the top tier.It takes a special side to win the league by 10 clear points and that was an indicator as to just how good this side are.But Marcelo Bielsa would not allowed his side to get complacent. After 16 years away from the Premier League it was always going to be a tough task to adapt to life in the fast lane, but Leeds have already done relatively well. After pushing Liverpool all of the way in a 4-3 defeat to the reigning champions, the Whites saw off Fulham in a 4-3 victory of their own which showed just what they had to offer this term. While Bielsa has largely stuck with the same squad who got them promoted, he has added some notable additions.Robin Koch and Rodrigo arrived at the club from Freiburg and Valencia respectively and have already established themselves as vital part of the first team squad.p1eijjgspq3srvc81kpbjia7ch9.jpgBut Leeds are far from the finished article.Victor Orta and his recruitment team continue to work hard behind the scenes on potential new additions, and it seems that a move for one target is getting serious.RMC Sport journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi has reported that Leeds are in talks over a move for Kouadio Manu Kone. The Toulouse midfielder is attracting attention from several clubs around Europe including Italian giants AC Milan.Valued at £4.86million by Transfermarkt, the 19-year-old is one of the top talents in France at the moment and faces a bright future in the game.

Regarded as a first team regular, Kone has made 20 appearances so far for Toulouse and reports from L'Equipe have previously suggested that it could cost around £12 million to convince the Ligue 2 side to sell.

GIVEMESPORT'S Phil Spencer says...

I'm not sure that this is the sort of move that Leeds United need right now.

With Marcelo Bielsa looking for a creative midfielder who can come in and hit the ground running it seems that a deal for Kouadio Manu Kone will not be a priority.

By all accounts the 19-year-old is certainly a talented player, but it would be a huge ask for him to come in and make an immediate impact in the Premier League.

For £12million Leeds will want someone who is ready to play a big role, and the feeling with Kone is that he'd be one for the future.

Never say never on this, but I can't see it being a priority if there is anything in it.
