West Brom looked pretty comfortable against Everton on Saturday afternoon... for about 45 minutes.

The newly-promoted side actually went 1-0 up at Goodison Park, stunning Carlo Ancelotti's side.

But Dominic Calvert-Lewin levelled the scores with half an hour played before the Baggies fell apart moments before the break.

James Rodriguez made it 2-1 with a lovely drilled finish from outside the box on the stroke of halftime before Kieran Gibbs lost his head.

The West Brom defender responded to a little shoulder charge from goalscorer Rodriguez by catching him in the face.

With cameras everywhere and VAR in place, he was soon sent off. It was utterly ridiculous behaviour and the moment of madness really cost his team. West Brom went on to lose 5-2.

But more recently shared footage shows that Gibbs made a fool of himself while walking off the pitch too.

Gibbs hit Rodriguez in the face

After being shown red, he got into a confrontation with Everton's Seamus Coleman.

Gibbs was shouting that he'd 'f**cking do it again' as he made his way towards the tunnel and the Toffees captain responded brilliantly.

In the clip below, Coleman can be heard saying: 'No you won’t do it again. Who you talking to you’ll do it again? Hard man. F*****g hard man.'

Brilliant. It's fair to say football fans were absolutely loving the clip, which has since gone viral across social media.

It was Coleman who got the last laugh too. In the second half, Everton made light work of their opponents, scoring three more goals.

Calvert-Lewin completed his hat-trick, while even defender Michael Keane got on the scoresheet.

Calvert-Lewin scored 3 vs West Brom

Yes, it was a 5-2 win against 10-man West Brom and there will be tougher tests ahead, but the Toffees do look like a real force under Ancelotti this season.
