Lionel Messi might find the Barcelona dressing room a little bit lonely this season.

His close friend and former teammate Luis Suarez has just departed for Atletico Madrid, swapping Camp Nou for the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.

That brings an end to an incredible six-year partnership that saw the pair dominate in La Liga.

But before it was just Messi and Suarez, they had Neymar for company too.

The trio were nicknamed 'MSN' by supporters and together, they achieved great things.

In the 2014/15 season, Barcelona won the treble, securing La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League glory.

Another La Liga title and two more Spanish cups followed before Neymar eventually departed for Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.

MSN dominated for Barca

By walking away, he tore up the MSN trio that had become untouchable, leaving Suarez and Messi behind.

For three seasons we saw them dominate club football and fans will never forget the incredible era that we were lucky enough to witness.

Now that Suarez has also left Barcelona, a video tribute to MSN has been shared on social media, showing their greatest moments together. Check it out:

Wow. Messi, Suarez and Neymar really were untouchable. Just watching the video makes you remember how unselfish each player actually was.

Even when one of them had an easy opportunity to score, they'd often square the ball to give the other a tap-in.

The trio played a combined 450 games in all competitions and scored an incredible 364 goals between them, while also racking up 173 assists - often to each other.

But the era of MSN has long been over. For the past three years, it's just been Messi and Suarez.

With the Uruguayan striker now on his way to Atletico, only Messi remains at Camp Nou for the 2020/21 season. We're not crying. You are.
