Manchester United haven't made a brilliant start to the Premier League season. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side were beaten 3-1 at home to Crystal Palace on the opening day and faced a tough trip to Brighton on matchday two. The Red Devils needed a response, but didn't show too much quality in the first half. In fact, it was Brighton who dominated for most of it, hitting both posts and the crossbar inside the first 35 minutes. The hosts then took the lead five minutes before the break, thanks to Neal Maupay's Panenka penalty. After Bruno Fernandes fouled Tariq Lamptey inside the box, the Frenchman stepped up and casually chipped the ball past David de Gea. Check it out below:

Brighton's lead didn't last long though, because Man United levelled the score three minutes later.
Nemanja Matic kept a Bruno Fernandes free-kick alive and poked the ball back into the six-yard box, where Lewis Dunk turned the ball into his own net.
Despite going in level at half time, Solskjaer certainly wouldn't have been happy with his team's performance.
Brighton were on top for most of the first 45 and will be disappointed to have been pegged back.
There was further drama early in the second half too, with the hosts being awarded a second penalty.
Paul Pogba was judged to have fouled Aaron Connolly and it looked like Maupay would step up to take a second spot-kick.
But before he had the chance, VAR stepped in to overrule the decision, letting Man United off the hook.
Minutes later, Marcus Rashford went up the other end to score and make it 2-1 to the visitors. You can't take your eyes off this one.
